This is not your average online gym class. Each session offers an opportunity explore, to slow down, and to really feel each movement. If you’ve worked with me before, you know it’s all about those little adjustments!

I combine breath, strength movements and mobility to leave you feeling stronger, more connected and in tune with your body.

Your weekly restorative movement class. I'll guide you through the essential breathwork, mobility and strength movements to get you feeling amazing, begin to restore alignment and provide relief from aches and pains.

This class is designed to suit any fitness level. If you're pregnant or postpartum I can make adjustments for you, and if you struggle with your pelvic floor, I will give plenty of options to suit.

Expect a slower paced workout where you get to learn new ways to move, and FEEL the difference in your body.

Please note: In the event you cannot make a workout you will have access to the live recording to do at another time but any missed workouts will not be refunded or made up at another time.

Single Class Pass

No access to recordings

Get access to a single restorative movement class. I'll guide you through the essential breathwork, mobility and strength movements to get you feeling amazing, begin to restore alignment and provide relief from aches and pains.

This is a great option if you’d like to try a class before committing to a membership.

This class is designed to suit any fitness level. If you're pregnant or postpartum I can make adjustments for you, and if you struggle with your pelvic floor, I will give plenty of options to suit.

FAQ’s

  • Recommended: 

    • Yoga mat 

    • Yoga block & strap

    • A few dumbbells (I'd recommend a light pair, a more challenging pair and one heavy) - it's ok if you don't have any, you can improvise! 

    • A bit of wall space or something you can push your feet into like a sturdy box

    Great to have but not necessary: 

    • Squat wedges 

    • A pilates ball (15CM) 

    • A small smoothe massage ball 

    • A foam roller (either short or long) 

    • A bench or a chair 

    • A set of mini bands (booty bands)

    • A set of resistance bands (either looped or with handles) 

    • A step, chair or bench 

  • Nope! This class is designed to suit any fitness level. If you're pregnant or postpartum I can make adjustments for you, and if you struggle with your pelvic floor, I will give plenty of options to suit.

  • No stress! With the monthly membership you get access to all recorded workouts to do whenever suits you.
