Empowering Women
Through Movement

Thoughtful coaching that breaks the cycle of frustration and replaces it with a clear, supportive approach to training so your body can adapt, progress, and stay well at every stage of life.

Are you pregnant or postpartum and looking for a pre & postnatal coach to support you to continue the activities you love without the worry of leaking, prolapse or ab separation?

Are you looking for a Women’s Personal Trainer on Phillip Island (or online) who can bridge the gap between pelvic floor rehab and feeling athletic, confident and strong?

Are you a mum avoiding the physical activities you love because you're worried about (or have been told) that it will make your pelvic floor symptoms worse?

I’m here to support you. Let’s get started.

Hey, I’m Zoe!

My coaching helps you build a body that lets you do the things you love:

Playing with your kids, surfing, jumping, running, lifting heavier, building strength, and moving with confidence and athleticism.

I offer a restorative approach to strength training that FEELS good in your body.

Whether you’re pregnant or postpartum (even years postpartum), struggling with pelvic floor symptoms, or have never had kids - at some point your body might just not feel great despite doing all “the right things”. When you lose the ability to move freely this impacts the rest of your life.

I would love to support you to find movement freedom again.

My coaching is women who want to feel better in their bodies, not just look fit.

It’s for the women who want to understand how their body works, move with intention, and learn how to take ownership of their health.

Absolutely could not recommend Zoe highly enough. I started with Zoe over 1 year ago and can't believe the difference in my body. Not only the very noticeable things like moving better, more flexible and toned but the little things that I have put up with since having kids, sore stiff hips, stuck pelvis and sneezing mishaps 🤭
I can't remember the last time those things bothered me. Zoe is so patient and works with everyone's capabilities to do the best for your body. If I could give more then 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I would.

It’s very hard to find someone who knows how to work with a Mumma’s body post babies. Zoe is very knowledgeable & I’m enjoying working on establishing connection between the breath & lower abs & pelvic floor. A slower paced, isolated focus is really helping me get to know my body & feel my muscles working properly.

I’ve really enjoy my movement sessions with Zoe.
I used to hate exercise and would give up but somehow Zoe has managed to get me to actually enjoy my Wednesday work outs.

I especially appreciate how Zoe has been helping me to properly activate my glutes, something I had struggled with before (I had actually been told I had 'lazy glutes'). Zoe showed me that I just needed taylored exercises and believe me when I say that I felt them activate!!
I feel stronger and enjoy seeing the progress that I'm making.
I highly recommend Zoe at Movement Lab!

Zoe got to know how my body works and moves, as well as my aches and pains. And slowly but surely she has fixed my lower back ache. With breath work to correct my posture and helpful cues to keep good form throughout the workouts. I am thankful to have found a way to push myself and still feel good for it the next day.

“I’ve enjoyed every minute of training with Zoe - her depth of knowledge is second to none. I come away from each training session feeling in-balance and more in tune with my body.”

I have previously done one on one sessions with Zoe but I am loving the small group classes and the support from the other ladies there. The classes are just the right mix of challenging and fun. Every week I notice small improvements in my strength and movements.... Already looking forward to the next 6 week cycle!
