Starter Pack

Start your movement journey with two* private 45 minute sessions.

My approach is to really understand what your unique body needs in order to resolve pelvic floor symptoms, get strong and feel confident moving in all the ways that light you up. 

Over the two initial sessions we will get to know each other, get you moving and work out where you're feeling stuck with your movement practice + where you’d like to be.

What happens in the two sessions:

a full postural/movement evaluation to understand how you move

360 diaphragmatic breath breakdown

custom breathwork & mobility for immediate pelvic floor relief (can be done in 5-10 minutes daily at home)

coaching on fundamental movements to start feeling amazing in your body

These two sessions are designed to get you comfortable working with me, and give me an idea of where you’re at movement wise. After the two sessions I will either recommend continuing 1:1 with me, or joining a semi private group.

If you’re early postpartum or if you really struggle with pelvic floor symptoms I will always recommend seeing a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist before continuing with me.

*Preferably to be completed within two weeks.

One On One Private Personal Training

In my one on one private training program I will guide you step by step to the strongest version of yourself, while resolving leaking, managing prolapse and healing diastasis recti.

If you find yourself longing for your younger/pre baby body that could do all the things, or you’re feeling stuck in an endless cycle of symptoms and setbacks not knowing how to get strong without constantly worrying about your pelvic floor - you’re in the right place!

One on one coaching is perfect if you’re pregnant or postpartum, have any injuries/pain or pelvic floor symptoms, or if you are new to strength training.

I will teach you fundamental movements, breathwork, and progress your pelvic floor training from a rehab setting to moving with confidence.

I want you to get to know your body and tune in to what it needs. For that reason my coaching programs include breathwork and training to be done at home to help you get the best results.

Zoe got to know how my body works and moves, as well as my aches and pains. And slowly but surely she has fixed my lower back ache.
