Hey, I’m Zoe!

I’m your local Pre and Postnatal Personal Trainer working on the beautiful Phillip Island. 

I offer an alternative approach to strength training based on the unique needs of each woman. Rather than a One Size Fits Most approach, I want to show you how you can move and train in ways that support your unique female physiology. 

Whether you’re pregnant or postpartum (even years postpartum), struggling with pelvic floor symptoms or have never had kids, at some point your body may experience pain or discomfort. When we lose the ability to move freely this impacts the rest of our life.

Beginning with a full body movement assessment we’ll work together to figure out what your body needs to feel its best.

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable trainer who specialises in the pelvic floor, I’m your woman. I'm a mum of two. I've been through it all when it comes to birth, pelvic floor struggles and finding a movement routine that works for my changing body. 

I combine breathwork, corrective exercise and strength coaching in my programs but I also guide with empathy. I know the struggle of feeling like your body has let you down, and I want to help you feel confident again moving in all the ways that light you up.

  • Zoe got to know how my body works and moves, as well as my aches and pains. And slowly but surely she has fixed my lower back ache. With breath work to correct my posture and helpful cues to keep good form throughout the workouts. I am thankful to have found a way to push myself and still feel good for it the next day.
