Why coaching with me is different.

I’m here to work WITH the body you have right now.

I will acknowledge where you are right now.

By starting with a full postural and movement evaluation I can get a good understanding of your alignment and how your body moves. I like to think of this as working from the inside out. I will never push you beyond your physical limits, however I will challenge you to trust and listen to your body so that you know when you can test your own comfort zone.

I will listen to you when you need a different approach.

There is no one size fits most strategy in personal training, and by working 1:1 it’s possible for me to change directions as soon as something isn’t working for you.

I won’t make promises I can’t keep.

When it comes to feeling healthy and happy in your body, there’s also no such thing as a quick fix. Every woman’s body is different, and her movement story is unique. I will never imply that I have all the answers, or that what I do will suit every woman I see. 

However, I am committed to listening to your specific needs, to working with YOUR unique body, and doing my best to get you where you want to be. 

I will ensure you get the care you deserve.

If you’re experiencing leaking, prolapse, pelvic floor symptoms or you’re postpartum and have never been given the care you deserve to resolve these issues, I am committed to working with you. I am always willing to work with other professionals in my field, or to refer out to ensure that you get the results you want and deserve. 

You deserve to feel strong, confident and joyful in your body. 

I would love to work with you if:

  • you are committed to slowing down to connect to your body

  • you get that sustainable change over time begins with a strong foundation (breath, posture and strength)

  • you feel you've been doing all the “right things” but you're still experiencing pain, discomfort or pelvic floor symptoms

  • you’re postpartum (that’s forever once you’ve had kids), OR you’ve never had kids but you’re experiencing any pelvic floor symptoms

  • you want to learn how strength train smartly to feel amazing in your body

  • you are interested in learning what your unique body needs, rather than an all OSFF (One Size Fits Few) approach

  • you feel let down by the medical/maternity system that didn’t offer education or a referral to a women’s health specialist PP and you feel alone and unsure where to start back with exercise
