What previous attendees are saying about the workshop.

  • "Such an important topic that should be in our every day lives as teenage girls. (I was) disappointed about previous recommendations but relieved to know there is hope."

  • "Such a nice refresher on all things pelvic floor and I just loved your whole body approach to learning about it. Something every woman can benefit from. I look forward to recommending your future workshops to clients and integrating some of this into my classes."

  • "All of it really, was new information to me. And it's not that I haven't been for a lot of help with health professionals."

A workshop for women who want to understand and connect with their bodies, relieve pelvic floor symptoms and get a stronger core.

A greater understanding of what your pelvic floor actually needs. Strengthening is important, but what we often need more is the ability to lengthen and relax.

You can get a stronger, more dynamic pelvic floor and core when you can get your body in a stacked (ribcage over pelvis) position.

There are quick and simple ways to get immediate relief from pelvic floor symptoms.

You will come away from this workshop with:

What to expect

If you’re feeling stuck in an endless cycle of symptoms and frustration not knowing how to get stronger without constantly worrying about your pelvic floor,

This workshop is for you

I will teach you breathwork, fundamental movements, and get you on track to progress your pelvic floor training from a rehab setting to moving with confidence.

This workshop is for the women who want to normalise how our incredible bodies change and adapt to the different stages of life.

Over 2+ hours we’ll go over:

  1. Essential anatomy & function of the pelvic floor

  2. The relationship between the breath, the ribcage and the pelvic floor

  3. How to connect with the pelvic floor and understand the what it truly needs. Strength, length or both!

  4. The importance of posture, and how certain movements can create space in the pelvic floor to allow the muscles to dynamically respond as they're designed to - stop leaking, manage prolapse and feel confident moving in all the ways you love.

  5. Why strong glutes and happy hips matter for pelvic floor healing.

We’ll put this all together with a full body workout to actually feel the difference in your body (no movement experience required)

We will cover prolapse, leaking & low back pain so that you can understand what your unique body might need to get back to, or continue the physical activities you love.

While this workshop is about learning, it’s also about connecting to like minded women and normalising conversation around the pelvic floor.

Fifty percent of women experience some degree of pelvic floor symptoms in the different stages of life, and it’s time we talked about it more.

This workshop is for women who:

  • feel that they have a tight or weak pelvic floor

  • are pregnant or are 6+ weeks postpartum

  • have never experienced pelvic floor issues, but are interested in learning more about their unique bodies

  • are struggling with core strength or posture

  • want to understand how to breathe for optimal pelvic floor and core function

  • would like to learn how to integrate pelvic floor training into everyday movements

  • have been avoiding the activities they love because they’re worried about their pelvic floor symptoms getting worse

Benefits of this workshop

  • A greater awareness and connection to the body and pelvic floor

  • A greater understanding of the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor, and how it relates to core strength, posture and low back pain

  • Improved movement patterns through awareness of positioning (learning how to stack the ribcage and pelvis)

  • Practical tools for relieving symptoms of prolapse and pelvic floor dysfunction

  • Connection with like minded women

  • Actually feeling the difference in your body with a pelvic floor friendly full body workout

Please note that this is in no way intended to be a “fix” for any pelvic floor symptoms you may be experiencing. This workshop is intended to empower you with knowledge about your own body, so that YOU can make informed choices moving forward.
