That's exactly what my Women's 6 Week Strength Cycles are here to offer you.

These cycles are designed to provide you with consistency, guidance, accountability, and a sense of community. 

You'll go through a progressive strength training program – which means you'll do the same workouts each week. This way, you’ll really get stronger, learn new ways of moving that suit your body, and gain confidence in any movement practice you choose going forward.

No more random workouts with new exercises every week. No more wondering what to do or when to do it.

All you need to do is show up and enjoy your workout, so you can feel great and move better in your everyday life.

My approach is all about teaching you fundamental movements that make sense for our unique female physiology. With a focus on the pelvic floor, you'll leave these strength cycles feeling more in tune and connected with what your body truly needs.

Each group session lasts one hour and is limited to just 4 women to ensure personal attention and a supportive atmosphere.

Cycle fees start at $150 for 1 session/week

To sign up please complete this Movement History Form which gives me information about your past and present movement habits, and for me to assess your needs and suitability to join semi private training.

Each 6 week cycle will have a theme so we can dive into a concept and allow for your body to have the opportunity to adjust and gain strength.

Monday 9.30AM: Strength & Conditioning (Currently FULL)

Wednesday 9.30AM: Strength & Conditioning (2 Spaces AVAILABLE)

  • Expect to increase your strength and cardiovascular fitness, learn about breathing and posture, move dynamically and build confidence. 

***NEW*** Monday/Friday 6AM: Strength & Conditioning (4 Spaces AVAILABLE) - min 3 women to run

  • Expect to increase your strength and cardiovascular fitness, learn about breathing and posture, move dynamically and build confidence. 

Friday 9.30AM: Restorative Strength (Currently FULL)

  • Enjoy the opportunity to slow down and tune into what your body needs. Expect to learn how to breathe better, mobility flows and restorative strength training. 

I will continue to add new class times by demand. Please let me know if there is a time you’d like to see on the schedule.

Pricing*

1 x week: $150 Per Cycle ($25/week)

2 x week: $260 Per Cycle ($43/Week)

3 x week: $360 Per Cycle ($60/Week)

*3 Women Min booked per session to run each cycle 

Missed sessions are non-refundable to ensure that sessions always run regardless of full attendance, however I’m always happy to try to find you a make up session within the cycle if a space is available.

What’s the difference between the two classes?

Strength & Conditioning

WARMUP 

First 15 minutes is the warm up where we practise breathwork and movements to prepare the body for the main workout. This may change week to week as we explore what works best for each woman. 

MAIN WORKOUT

The main workout will stay the same for the full 6 weeks (with some variation depending on what works best for each woman) so we can progress your load. This means you can expect to get really proficient at each exercise and be able to take what you learn into any other movement practise you choose going forward. 

Expect to learn how to squat, hinge, push and pull weights.

CONDITIONING CIRCUIT 

Conditioning circuits will include 3-5 stations in a circuit where we’ll be working on cardiovascular fitness and nasal breathing. This circuit will change each week. 

COOLDOWN 

We’ll always have a 5 minute down regulation cool down at the end of the workout. This is where your recovery begins. 

Restorative Strength

WARMUP 

The warm up is where we practise breathwork and movements to prepare the body for the main workout. This may change week to week as we explore what works best for each woman. 

RESTORATIVE WORKOUT

The main workout will stay the same for the full 6 weeks (with some variation depending on what works best for each woman). This means you can expect to get really proficient at each exercise and be able to take what you learn into any other movement practise you choose going forward. 

Expect a slower paced workout with 1-3 circuits. Lots of single leg/single arm exercises, learning how to position the body, how to rotate, how to manage pressure and more focus on the pelvic floor. 

COOLDOWN 

We’ll always have a 5 minute down regulation cool down at the end of the workout. This is where your recovery begins.
